“ Kimball Farm Lancaster's hidden gem is the Café inside the country store. The food and staff are stellar. Prices are reasonable. My particular favorite is the breakfast sandwich. (As a side note, Kimball's ice cream has ruined all other ice cream for me personally, it is simply the best) ”

“ Went here last night with my family. We usually frequent the Westford Kimballs but this one brings me back to what the Westford one used to be. I love Westford kimballs but it is nice to just have just the ice cream stand a fields sometimes. When we went on a Sunday night it was a lot less busy than usual as well. We got to walk right up to the counter and order. We ordered 7 ice creams and staff was quick and friendly. Proportions are huge so be careful about what size you pick! Ice cream was cream and delicious as always. ”

“ The food is great. Huge portions, cooked perfectly & fresh. The service is quick & the staff pleasant & helpful. My husband & I usually share a regular sized meal of scallops & whole clams & we are full. We have also had the fried shrimp & the seafood plate.It's a picnic table eating area under a tent so on hot days a bit uncomfortable but usually nice. It can get very crowded on weekends & weekdays a lunch time. It is pricey especially if you have a family with you but they do have other meals besides seafood. The only thing I would change is to be able to sub onion rings for fries because an order of rings is huge. I have been eating Kimballs ice cream since I was a kid & it's always good. All in all worth going if you are in the mood for seafood. ”

Got a tiny serving of coffee turtle ice cream and it was also pricey: $5. Sitting in my car I was thinking this would be awesome except cost as much as the fanciest meal before the pandemic. I guess this is the "new normal". There was not much farm anywhere (a few empty field the k9 state police were practicing in. For tourism to recover, the prices have to. “ There are fewer "attractions" (no mini golf or bumper boats) here than at the theme park that is the Westford location, but the parking and line times are much easier, and the ice cream is the same. Fried clams, scallops, and shrimp were all cooked crisp, with scallops and shrimp tender/juicy; clams were a little overcooked. Surprisingly impressive hot dog: a large, snappy, adult-flavored beast similar to if not actually a Pearl, with a grilled New England style roll. Onion rings excellent, with good crunch, pleasant batter, and nice distribution of ring sizes. Comfortable picnic table seating close to the stands under a tent or further away on the grass without tent. Your reward for traveling out to the boonies: cheap gas across the street (though there's cheaper closer to Leominster). Probably closer to 3.5 than 4, but the good vibes here bump it up. ”
